False Alarms are generally caused by Lightening storms, improper placement or use of equipment, use of inferior products. The type and procedures for wiring and interconnecting components are also an issue.

Alarm Basics:
Alarm systems typically consist of the Control Panel, Door and Window sensors, and usually some type of interior
motion detection device(s).
When you leave your home, you ARM the system by entering a numerical code. The system waits about 30 to 45 seconds for everyone to physically vacate the premises before actually ARMING.
When a detector senses an alarm condition, the Control Panel will generally sound an audible alarm while at the same time reporting the event to our Central Security Monitoring station.
The Central Monitoring Station is manned by highly trained personnel accustomed to dealing with emergency conditions. They will dispatch the appropriate local authorities such as Fire, Police, or Medical Emergency Technicians as requested.
If there were no break-in attempts or fires while you were out, the system will greet you with a gentle audible reminder to DISARM the alarm system by entering in you secret code as before.
If you wish to have your alarm on at night, there is a function that will allow you to simply arm only the “Perimeter” of the home, without arming the interior motion sensors, giving you security and freedom of movement throughout your home.
Surveillance Systems:
The effective surveillance strategy involves the use of CCTV systems with, visitor detection devices and recording of the visual information in an easy to retrieve format by date and time.
The camera equipment available today can be used effectively in almost any environment, including total darkness.
