Audio - Visual Distribution

Home and Business Audio systems

Imagine having quality music of your choosing in any room you like with the push of a button or a remote control.

There are basically two types of audio systems,
Central control systems and Distributed control systems.

Central control systems basically have speakers installed in different rooms, all being supplied from a
central stereo system. Volume may controlled in each room only from the volume control that is located
in that particular room.

If the volume is to be adjusted or turned off in a room, you must go into that same room’s volume
control to do so, you can not control the volume in any other room without going into that particular room.

Distributed systems allow you to select and adjust speaker volume of any room from any volume control you happen to be near.

In many Distributed and Integrated systems, you may actually have many of the selection capabilities you would have from the main stereo control panel, such as:

Selection of CD/track, FM, Phono, Aux, Speakers on/off, Volume, Bass, Treble, Balance, etc.

Distributed Video
systems allow you to view different programs on different TV’s simultaneously from Cable TV providers, or Satellite TV providers.

In most cases, a separate Cable TV converter, or Satellite TV Receiver is needed for each viewing location.
