Established in 2003 , Mayent Solutions is a system design and integrator that provides leading edge technologies to businesses and homeowners with the goal of providing a safer and more convenient environment in which to conduct business or simply enjoy life. We are a full-service company crafting solutions encompassing design, integration and acceptance testing for automation, electronic security, lighting, and audio / visual systems.
Mayent offerings can be grouped into two basic categories: hard infrastructure, and custom applications and/ or integrations. Hard infrastructure includes but is not limited to wire and cabling systems for audio/visual systems, electronic security, building automation, data and telephony communications. Mayent custom applications are technology-based systems that are generally designed utilizing numerous individual components and or subsystems. Mayent integrates these systems to meet client needs.
Mayent typically sells these infrastructure offerings directly to end users, both homeowners and business owners. The majority of our residential projects are sourced through general contractors, but as part of our service to them, we often (and prefer to) deal directly with the end user.
Our end users are residential homeowners and businesses in Transylvania, Buncombe, Henderson and Jackson counties of North Carolina.
The management team has a broad background of technical experience in digital technologies, including computer programming, network design, site security systems, data communications and telephony. We have been involved at all of the operational levels of technology projects: design, coding, implementation, testing troubleshooting and remediation. References are available upon request.
